Simply Supper is a social outing for many of our guests and we enjoy catching up with our customers when they come to our store. But did you know we are available for private events? If you have a group for a team building event, a baby shower, or just a fun night out, contact us to set up your private event.
We supply the refreshments and a snack – you bring the friends & the wine if you would like!
Plus, as our thanks to you for setting up the party, we will offer you a 10% discount on your meal package and your attendees will receive a 5% discount.*
How much are Simply Supper Private Parties?
We’ve kept it simple; a private party reservation needs to have a minimum of 6 people (Max 12) and each person can purchase package of 6 or more meals and the serving size that works best for them – that’s it.
How to get your private party started:
1. Select a date – email us your requested date. We will set up the private party on our website and send you an invite to send to all your guests with instructions on how to book.
2. Select your menu items – Either pre-pay and select menu items for your party or have each person in your group come to our website to select their menu items and pay.
3. Come In With Your Group -have fun and assemble your meals
How many people do I need to book a Private Party?
We can accommodate the max of 12 people at Simply Supper and are happy to make a private party reservation with a minimum of 6 people (with a booking of 6 or more meals each). If you don’t have 6 people and still want to reserve a Private Party/Group booking – call us, we will do our best to set-up an event for you.
What does Simply Supper do to make my private party special?
We enjoy making your event special and can accommodate most requests – just ask!
Can we bring wine or snacks?
Yes! To bring wine, you need to provide a liquor license that can be purchased at any liquor store. We also provide a treat for you and your group, however if you would like to bring another snack feel free, just be sure to make them nut free as we have a nut free environment.
*Discount code will be given to the person (organizer) who booked the private party prior to the party and is valid until 1 week prior to the party. If one week prior to the party the minimum requirements are not filled, the session will be opened to non-party participants to book.

The Freezer Full Baby Shower. What new Mom would not appreciate a selection of great meals in her freezer as preparation for her new baby! Moms-to-be love Simply Supper baby showers because it provides them with a fun night out with their family and friends plus nutritious meals after the baby is born.
Personalize your shower: Have each baby shower participant put a few words of encouragement or advice on a card for the Mom-to-be to read when she is making one of her Simply Supper meals.
Company Teambuilding. Teambuilding activities are the most effective way to reduce stress, improve attitudes and get your group to work together with renewed group focus. Nobody in your organization wants to sit passively through a high-priced guru’s lecture about teamwork – get your team out of their chairs, out of the office, and reserve your next team builder with us instead.
Company Holiday Party. Let us help you change things up a little this year – have your holiday party in our store. Let us help you do the planning and send your employees home with our suppers as your gift to them for the holiday season.
Girls Night Out. Imagine a night of fun with friends while at the same time preparing suppers for your home. We’ll add some good music along with our great ambiance and voila – the ingredients for a great evening.
Add some spice to the evening: ask each person to contribute 1 supper to a draw – one lucky lady could be going home with double the suppers!
Customer Appreciation Night. Do you have clients who you want to thank for bringing their business to you? A Private Party at Simply Supper is the perfect way to say ‘thanks’ PLUS, it is also a perfect environment to socialize with your clients outside of the office.
